What to Know About Financial Aid
St. Nicholas School provides financial aid to families on the basis of documented financial need. The school uses the services of the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Randolph, MA, as a part of the school’s determination of a family’s level of need.
Please be assured that both the application and allocation process is done with strict regard for confidentiality. Also, the admissions process is conducted without consideration of financial need.
Financial Aid Application Procedure
If you apply for financial aid, it is critical that you complete the steps below carefully.

Complete your PFS online
Complete your PFS (Parent’s Financial Statement) online at https://sssandtadsfa.my.site.com/familyportal

Upload supporting documents
Upload all supporting documents including: 2025 tax forms, W-2’s, 1099’s
Please read the online instructions carefully on how to upload your supporting documents.

Submit the fee
The fee for submitting online is $60.
If you are applying through SSS at another school, you may request that the SSS determinations also be sent to St. Nicholas. The St. Nicholas School code is 6853.
Special Family Circumstances
If someone other than the parent is financially responsible
Separated, never married, or divorced parents
