ACADEMICS

St. Nicholas School excels at educating children. Its particular approach to education is unique. All students have core classes which include the combination of Language Arts/ Social Studies and Math/Science. They also partake in related arts classes including Art/Art History, Gardening, Library, Movement, Music, Spanish, and Technology. At St. Nicholas, we realize a well-planned and engaged class does not require the teacher to be in position at the front of the classroom or for students to be in rows of desks. Our unique approach to education and the support provided by our Learning Specialist, work together to build growth-mindset learners who are independent, self-motivated, organized, and creative problem solvers.
